Natural Stone

"Natural Stone" refers to a number of products quarried from the earth, used over many thousands of years as building materials and decorative enhancements. Every slab in our studio is hand selected for both it's uniqueness and value.

Other names for Natural Stone are: Granite, Marble, Quartzite, Onyx, Soapstone, Travertine, 

• Unique: No single bath of slabs will ever be the same. 
• Longevity: Natural Stone countertops can last a lifetime, and can even outlast the house they are installed in.
• Value: Of all the countertop materials available to you, none will enhance the overall value of your home like natural stone. There are, in a sense, timeless but at the same time contemporary. 

We have Natural Stone options to fit every budget. Like Diamonds, pricing for natural stone varies depending on the type of stone and clarity.  

All natural stone must be properly sealed to protect against staining. Natural stones are very porous and can absorb spilled substances and leave unsightly stains and marks. A sealer that penetrates and protects natural stone can be purchased at any home improvement or hardware store. We recommend resealing your natural stone countertops every 6-12 months. Maintain the Natural Stone surfaces is fairly easy. Clean stone with mild liquid soap and warm water. Never use acid cleaners or abrasive chemicals on stone. Natural Stone should be sealed after installation and every 6-12 months thereafter, depending on application.
